4.1. Connect your OnTracx sensor

4.1. Connect your OnTracx sensor

The button on the top right corner of your dashboard shows you whether there’s an OnTracx sensor connected to the application or not (green: connectedyellow: not connected). By pressing the ‘connection button’, the following screen appears. If this is the first time you use the device, you will need to enable bluetooth before coupling a sensor.

Once bluetooth is enabled, you will be able to connect your OnTracx sensor. To ‘wake up’ your sensor (sometimes they fall into standby mode), you need to touch the two metal pins on the back simultaneously (< 1 sec). In case there are multiple sensors active you can find the sensor by its unique ID located at the back of the sensor.

Idea
When your sensor is active and in pairing mode, the LED stays on continuously. After one minute, the sensor enters standby mode. To wake it up, briefly press both pins again.

Can't find your OnTracx sensor? Be sure to check the 'sensor troubleshooting' page.
