    • Turn Location Services off and on again.

    • Turn Bluetooth off and on to refresh the connection with the OnTracx sensor.

Disable Low Power Mode

  • Low Power Mode can restrict GPS and Bluetooth performance.

  • Go to Settings > Battery > Turn Low Power Mode OFF.

Set Location to High Accuracy Mode

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > System Services.

  2. Ensure Wi-Fi Networking & BluetoothMotion Calibration & Distance, and Location-Based Apple Services are enabled.

Check Bluetooth Connection to OnTracx Sensor

  • Ensure the OnTracx sensor is charged and connected through the app.

  • Avoid pairing it manually in Bluetooth settings—always connect via the OnTracx app.

Reinstall OnTracx (If Issues Persist)
