Turn your iPhone off and back on to reset GPS and sensor connections.
Enable Location Access
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
Ensure OnTracx is set to Always or when using the app for continuous tracking.
Toggle Precise Location ON for better GPS accuracy.
Refresh GPS & Bluetooth
Turn Location Services off and on again.
Turn Bluetooth off and on to refresh the connection with the OnTracx sensor.
Low Power Mode can restrict GPS and Bluetooth performance.
Go to Settings > Battery > Turn Low Power Mode OFF.
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > System Services.
Ensure Wi-Fi Networking & Bluetooth, Motion Calibration & Distance, and Location-Based Apple Services are enabled.
Ensure the OnTracx sensor is charged and connected through the app.
Avoid pairing it manually in Bluetooth settings—always connect via the OnTracx app.
Delete and reinstall the app to reset settings and permissions.
