8. Post-run information

The post-run information screen is divided into two parts: 
  1. Load information

  2. Run information

1. LOAD INFORMATION

Under this tab, you can find the following parameters:
  1. Load map: shows you where you ran with high/low loads. 

  2. Average load: average load of your entire running session (G-forces).

  3. Cumulative load: the total load of your entire running session (G-forces).

  4. Load progression: % load you experienced this week compared to last week. 

  5. Pain and comfort scores (score on 10)


2. RUNNING-RELATED INFORMATION
  1. Pace: in min/km. 

  2. Distance: in km.

  3. Time: in hh:mm:ss.

  4. Cadence: in steps per minute.

  5. Pain and comfort scores (score on 10).

Once you finalized your run, you will notice that your main dashboard will have changed, by also taking your latest run into account. 
You can check out your run in your history!
