2. Create your account

The OnTracx app offers a convenient login method using registration links. Here's how to get started:

1. Open the App: launch the OnTracx app on your smartphone (check here how to download the app).

2. Login: when opening the app, you'll be directed to the login screen. Click on the 'Log in' button.

3. Enter your email: in the designated field, carefully enter the email address you would like to use, or the one that you have already used.

4. Request the link: once you've entered your email address, check the 'terms & conditions' button and tap the 'Send me a link' button. This will trigger the app to send a unique log in link to your email address.

5. Check your inbox: open your email app on your smartphone and look for a new email from OnTracx. Do not forget to check your spam folder if you did not receive a mail. For security reasons, it will not be possible to open the link from another device than the one you are using the app on.

6. Log in with a click: check your email and click on the button that sais 'Log In' to verify your identity and automatically log in to the OnTracx app.

WHY A REGISTRATION LINK? This way, no password is needed. The link acts as a secure way to verify your identity.
