4.5. Injury risk estimation
To make the data as comprehensive as possible, we added an injury risk estimation at the bottom of your dashboard. This estimation can vary from less risk (on the left) to more risk (on the right). You might need to scroll a litlle bit down to see it.
Less risk is related to lower load progression scores, to lower pain scores, or both.
More risk is related to higher load progression scores, to higher pain scores, or both.

It's not because you have a 'less risk' estimation that you will definitely not get injured. Vice versa, it's not because you have a 'more risk' estimation, that you will definitely get injured. This remains an indication. It is however important to note that, if you experience 'high risk' estimations, week after week, the probability of sustaining an overuse injury increases.
