6. Real-time load information

Once you've started with running, the following screen will show. There are two important aspects here:

  1. Real-time load information

  2. Running stats

1. REAL-TIME LOAD INFORMATION

Every time your foot hits the ground, there will be a 'pulse' that visualises the load you experience:
  1. The colour of the pulse indicates the load zone you are running in (from green: low load; to purple: high load).

  2. The big value within the pulse indicates your current load. This is an average of ten steps.

  3. The smal value within the pulse indicates the average load of your current run.

Visualizing load in real-time allows you to discover how your load changes when you run with different footwear, on a different surface or when you change your running technique.

It's not because you experience high loads, that you will definitely get injured, because it's possible that your body is able to handle these loads. If you notice that your pain scores are higher than 3, or are tending to increase, it might be worthwhile to try running in a lower load zone. Definitely check our tips & tricks page to know how to interpret the data!

2. RUNNING STATS

Here, your most important running stats are shown.

  Pace: in min/km

  Time: in hh:mm:ss

  Distance: in km
