9. Running history

The Running History feature in the OnTracx app allows you to view all your past running sessions in one place. This helps you track your progress over time and analyze trends in your training. Each session in the list displays key details such as distance, average mechanical load, time, and Pain/RPE

To view more details about a specific session, simply click on it in the list. This will open the Session Details page, where you can find in-depth insights into your run, including intensity, load distribution, and any recorded pain or RPE.

InfoA pink-colored session indicates that data has been synced from your sensor but lacks pain or RPE scores. Clicking on it lets you enter pain and comfort levels before proceeding to the Session Details page.
